Exonia Park is situated within the Cathedral City of Exeter within easy reach of its wide range of amenities. There are 116 homes on this well-established park and the park enjoys some fabulous views over the Devon countryside. A resident manager maintains the park to the highest of standards and a regular bus service is provided just outside the park entrance. We are pleased to accept pets (max 2, 1 dog and 1 cat) which can also be replaced or acquired once moved in.

We currently do not have any new park homes for sale, however plots are occasionally available to accommodate your choice of a new park home. Current owners may also sell their home privately through local estate agents.
