OAKTREE PARK  

Oaktree Park is situated just outside of Weston-super-Mare close to the village of Locking. Junction 21 of the M5 is easily accessible. A frequent bus service is available 600m from the park together with a private bus service providing transport into Weston super Mare two mornings per week. Pets are accepted at the park owner's discretion, (max 2 pets) but cannot be replaced. An active resident's club hold coffee mornings and bingo sessions on the park. Approximately 145 homes on a popular and sought after park.

OTTER VALLEY PARK  

Otter Valley is less than a mile from the centre of Honiton. The coastal resort of Sidmouth is just 8 miles away. The park has views over the river Otter and the Blackdown Hills. Pets are accepted at the park owner's discretion, (max 2 pets) but may not be replaced. Approximately 68 homes on this well established, high standard park.

THE BEECHES  

The Beeches is situated about 3.5 miles outside of Okehampton. This is ideally situated for people wishing to retire to the beautiful Devon countryside. Dartmoor National Park is just a few minutes drive away. A smaller development of 32 homes all with alongside parking and individual driveways. A village like environment in the country. Pets are accepted at the park owner's discretion, (max 2 pets), but may not be replaced.

EXONIA PARK  

Exonia Park is situated within the Cathedral City of Exeter with its wide range of amenities. Regular bus services stop just outside the park. A resident manager maintains the park and is available on a day to day basis. Approximately 115 plots on this well established park are maintained to the highest standards. Pets are accepted at the park owner's discretion and can be replaced with permission of the park owners.

Prices of new homes are inclusive of UPVC double glazed windows, natural gas central heating, skirting, steps, 8' 6' garden store, landscaped front garden and VAT.
