We have holiday parks in different areas of the west country - The Cedars near Honiton, Manor Park which is close to Weston-Super-Mare and Oaklands Park & Acorn View which is between Looe and Polperro on the South Cornish Coast.

The Cedars is an exclusive development of just 37 log cabin type leisure lodges. All holiday lodges will have gravel drives and a large garden. The park is less than 1 mile from the centre of Honiton. The coastal resort of Sidmouth is just 8 miles away and the park has views over the river Otter and the Blackdown Hills. The park has 12 months holiday licence so you can get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life as often as you like. The lodges are built to BS3632 standards and metered main services are supplied to each lodge. New lodges have a 35 year tenure provided by way of a Holiday Licence Agreement. No sub-letting is allowed but holiday lodges may be used by family and friends of the lodge owners. New plots and lodges are currently available on this prestigious new development.

Manor Park is situated in the historic village of Uphill close to Weston-Super-Mare. A new development of 37 single park homes provides perfect holiday homes for those wishing to be near the busy resort of Weston-super-Mare but away from the hustle and bustle. Uphill boatyard and marina provides facilities for those people interested in boating activities with Uphill Hill being a local beauty spot offering views across Weston Bay and the Somerset Levels. The park provides metered main services to each plot and alongside parking. Holiday Homes have a 25 year tenure provided by way of a Holiday Licence Agreement. The park will be closed for 2 weeks each year (1st - 14th February). No sub-letting is allowed but holiday homes may be used by family and friends of the holiday home owners.

Oaklands Park is situated midway between the seaside resort of Looe and the quaint fishing village of Polperro on the South Cornish coast. The emphasis of the park is towards being a quiet, environmentally friendly park, with the David Bellamy Conservation Silver being awarded recently. There is a designated dog walk area and many interesting and varied walks nearby. The beach is just 1.5 miles away.
Facilities at the park include, launderette and children's play area. Static holiday homes are offered at fully inclusive prices which include, transport, siting, services (including piped gas), skirting, steps, garden store and parking bays next to your Holiday Home.

Acorn view is in an exclusive new quality lodge development at Oaklands Park. This secluded area benefits from fantastic views and is situated midway between the seaside resort of Looe and the quaint fishing village of Polperro. It is only a mile from the South Cornish coastline.

The emphasis at Oaklands Park is for quiet and peaceful surroundings for your relaxation and enjoyment. Plots are available to accommodate a new luxury holiday lodge of your choice. Your holiday lodge can be used for holiday purposed during an 11 month season. (closed for February)
