Several family members are involved in the business which has been established over three generations.

The business was started at Oaktree Park, Locking, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset by Noel & Janet Nation. Their daughters Catherine Look and Rachel Axon have been actively involved for the past 10-15 years and are based at Oaktree Park where the head office is located.

The company specialises in the purchase of high quality parks. They have residential retirement parks, holiday parks and holiday lodge developments in Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.
